1.2  Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

       The item was received in a damaged or defective condition.

       The wrong item was delivered (wrong size, colour, or product).

       The item significantly differs from its product description on our website.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

1.3  Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

       Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

       Health and wellness products (e.g., tablets, supplements) once opened or used — for hygiene and safety reasons.

       Items returned after the 7-day window without prior approval.

       Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.

1.4  How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, email us at sidb18838@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[Your Order Number]". Include your full name, order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item(s) if damaged or incorrect. Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

1.5  Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer, as applicable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

1.6  Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or colour variants of the same product, subject to availability. If the requested variant is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
