4.1  Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4.2  Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Pakistan, including all major cities and remote areas served by our courier partners.

4.3  Estimated Delivery Times

       Karachi (within city): 1–3 business days.

       Other major cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 3–5 business days.

       Remote or rural areas: 5–8 business days.

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.

4.4  Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping promotions, when active, will be clearly indicated on the website.

4.5  Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your shipment through our courier partner's website. For tracking assistance, contact us at sidb18838@gmail.com.

4.6  Failed Delivery & Unclaimed Packages

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

4.7  Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the parcel and product immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
